GYROKINESIS TRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This program teaches students to conduct both of the classes in the Gyrokinesis level 1 curiculum- the Gyrokinesis level 1, 60 minute format class, and the Gyrokinesis Level 1, 90 minute format class. The 138 hour program is composed of four sequential courses. Students typically begin teaching the Gyrokinesis method in the role of Apprentice within 3-6 months after beginning the program. It typically takes 1-2 years to complete the full program and become a Gyrokinesis Trainer.

Those who successfully complete the program are qualified to teach the Gyrokinesis level 1 exercise curriculum in the role of Certified Gyrokinesis Level 1 Trainer.  Certified Gyrokinesis Trainers are eligible to enroll in Gyrokinesis Specialized Courses.

The Gyrokinesis Level I Teacher Training Program begins with the Gyrokinesis Level 1 Pre-Training Course
, which is designed to give you an understanding of the Gyrokinesis Level I exercises, & prepare you physically for the Gyrokinesis Level 1 Foundation Course that follows. The Gyrokinesis Level 1 Foundation Course expands on the lessons in the Pre-Training Course, & is also where students learn the teaching skills & techniques specific to the Gyrokinesis method.
The Gyrokinesis Apprenticeship period follows. During this period, which can last up to one year, Apprentices receive a trademark license allowing them to teach Gyrokinesis level I exercises in the role of Gyrokinesis Apprentice. Apprentices are required to teach a minimum of 30 Gyrokinesis classes & to attend a Supervised Apprenticeship Course with a Gyrokinesis Master Trainer during their apprenticeship period.

The program ends with the Gyrokinesis Level 1 Final Certificate Course. This is the opportunity for Apprentices to demonstrate their teaching skills and their understanding of the Gyrokinesis level I curriculum. Those who successfully complete this course, by demonstrating a competent understanding of the Gyrokinesis level I course curriculum, are issued a Gyrokinesis Trainer certification and a trademark use license allowing them to teach the Gyrokinesis level I exercises in the role of Gyrokinesis Trainer. Gyrokinesis Trainers are required to fulfill
