Began ballet training at age 11 and continues to this day.

• Over 14 years of experience in ballet teaching.

• Former dancer with European dance companies.

• Former guest artist with the Singapore Dance Theatre.

• Former choreographer and rehearsal instructor for the Education Outreach Department of the Hong Kong Ballet and the Hong Kong Arts Festival.

• Registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D.).

• Graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Department of Ballet, and received multiple scholarships for further studies abroad.

• Specializes in teaching ballet fundamentals, R.A.D. examinations, competitions, and performance training.

• Additionally trained in yoga and is a certified Yin Yoga instructor.

 

11歲開始研習芭蕾舞至今。

* 14年以上芭蕾舞教學經驗。

* 前歐洲舞團舞蹈員。

* 前客席新加坡舞蹈劇場舞蹈員。

* 前香港芭蕾舞團教育外展部及香港藝術節教育外展部編舞及排舞導師。

* 英國皇家舞蹈學院 (R.A.D.) 註冊導師。

* 畢業於香港演藝學院芭蕾舞學系，並獲多項獎學金遠赴海外進修。

* 擅長教授芭蕾舞基本功、R.A.D. 考試、比賽及表演訓練。

* 除芭蕾舞外，亦有研習瑜珈及為註冊襌柔導師。
