Want to become a GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® trainer?

There are two in-depth teacher training programs available for those interested in teaching the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods.

  1. GYROTONIC® Level 1 Teacher Training Program is available for those interested in becoming a GYROTONIC® Trainer

  2. GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Teacher Training Program is available for those interested in becoming a GYROKINESIS®
    Trainer

After successfully completing one of the Level 1 teacher training programs, Trainers continue to develop their teaching skills by taking specialized courses in the method(s) they are qualified to teach. The GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods are complementary. Some people choose to pursue training in one of the methods, while some study both.

Getting Started

The first step toward becoming a GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® Trainer is taking classes with a certified GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® Trainer.

People typically need to take ten or more
GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® sessions before they have enough experience to begin one of the Level 1 teacher training programs. If there is no access to classes in your area, there may be an opportunity to take an Extended GYROTONIC® Pre-Training course which provides an additional three day introduction to the GYROTONIC® Level 1 progression exercises.
